Book With Us

Daycare & Boarding

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets in our care, please review the following before booking:

Vaccinations

  • Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required prior to booking.

  • All dogs must be current on core vaccines. and vaccine records must be uploaded before booking.

Boarding Requirements

Before any boarding stay, dogs must attend a minimum of one daycare day. This allows us to ensure your dog is comfortable in our environment and that we can best meet their needs during their stay.

Unfixed Dogs

We currently accept unfixed dogs, however, unfixed dogs over 6 months of age will be limited to solo play and will not be put in open play under any circumstances.

Play Style & Daily Routine

  • Dogs participate in open play, with staff supervision.

  • Throughout the day, dogs are given breaks in large, walk-in kennels as needed to rest, decompress, or enjoy some quiet time.

  • Dogs enjoy a combination of indoor play and outdoor time when weather permits.

  • During the summer months, outdoor play may include splash pools for cooling off and enrichment.

Daycare Fit & Behaviour

We recognize that daycare is not the right fit for every dog. For the safety of all pets and staff, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue daycare services if a dog displays signs of excessive anxiety, stress, or aggression, or if daycare is not in their best interest.

Our goal is always to provide a safe, positive, and enriching experience, for your pet and for everyone at The Landing Pad.
